إن لم يعد التطبيق لديك
تكفي رسالة إلى support@mashghoulat.com تطلب حذف حسابك. سنراسلك نحن على البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل في حسابك، أو عبر واتساب على رقم الموبايل المسجَّل فيه، ولا نحذف إلا بردّك على رسالتنا من ذلك البريد أو ذلك الرقم نفسه. هذا التأكيد وحده يمنع شخصًا آخر من حذف حسابك، فلا يُغني عنه اسم ولا صورة شاشة ولا رسالة تدّعي أنها منك.
نحذف الحساب خلال سبعة أيام من تأكيد أنه حسابك.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك ومتجرك ومنتجاتك.
- صورك من مخزننا، فلا تعود مفتوحة لأي رابط قديم.
- عنوانك ورقم هاتفك المحفوظان، ومحفوظاتك، وتنبيهاتك أنت.
- إن كنت قد اشتريت: كلمات التقييمات التي كتبتها، واسمك ورقم هاتفك ومنطقتك وأقرب نقطة دالة من طلباتك، وطلباتك الملغاة بالكامل ومعها رسائلها.
ما الذي يبقى، ولماذا
- إن كنت قد اشتريت: يبقى الطلب المُسلَّم عند البائع سجلًّا عن صفقة تمّت فعلًا — ما اشتُري، وبكم، ومتى، وأنه سُلِّم، وإلى أي محافظة — بلا اسمك ولا رقمك ولا منطقتك. هذا سجلّ البائع عن بضاعةٍ سلّمها وقبض ثمنها، وليس سجلًّا عنك.
- الرسائل في أي طلب باقٍ، وأي ملاحظة كتبتها على قطعة مصنوعة على الطلب، تبقى بنصّها كما كُتب بلا اسم كاتبها. إن كنت قد كتبت فيها شيئًا عن نفسك — رقمًا أو عنوانًا أو موعدًا — بقي مكتوبًا.
- النجمة في أي تقييم كتبته تبقى، بلا كلماتك وبلا اسمك.
- إن كنت قد بعت: تبقى الطلبات عند المشتري كإيصال له، مع اسم متجرك وأسماء القطع كما كانت وقت الشراء. هذا سجلّ الطرف الآخر عن صفقة تمّت فعلًا، وليس سجلًّا عنك.
- التنبيهات التي وصلت غيرك قبل الحذف تبقى في قائمة تنبيهاتهم، بلا اسمك.
- إن كنت من فريق الإشراف: تبقى قراراتك مع سجلّاتها، بلا اسمك.
- إن طلبت الحذف بالمراسلة: يبقى طلبك ومراسلتنا معك ستة أشهر، سجلًّا بأنك أنت من طلب، ثم تُحذف. ولا يبقى في قاعدة بياناتنا إلا رقم الحساب الداخلي وجملة تقول كيف تأكدنا — لا بريدك ولا رقمك.
- تبقى نسخة في النسخ الاحتياطية مدة أقصاها ٣٠ يومًا، ثم تُحذف هي أيضًا.
- تقارير الأعطال التي أُرسلت إلى Google تبقى حتى تحذفها Google بعد ٩٠ يومًا. لا تحمل اسم حسابك، فلا نستطيع تمييزها لحذفها؛ لكن حذف حسابك يحذف عنوان الإشعارات الذي قد يربطها بك، وبعدها لا يبقى لدينا ما يربطها بك.
متى نرفض الحذف
لا يتم الحذف ما دام هناك طلب جارٍ — لك أو عليك — حتى يُسلَّم أو يُلغى. هذا حمايةٌ للطرف الآخر الذي ينتظر بضاعته أو نقوده.

Fastest way: inside the app
Profile → My profile → Delete account. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app
Email support@mashghoulat.com and ask us to delete your account. We will write to the email address on your account, or message the mobile number on it on WhatsApp, and delete only on your answer to that message from that same address or number. That confirmation is the only thing stopping someone else deleting your account; a name, a screenshot or a message claiming to be you does not replace it.
We delete the account within seven days of confirming it is yours.
What is deleted
- Your account, your shop and your items.
- Your photos, removed from our storage, so an old link no longer opens them.
- Your saved address and phone number, your favourites, and your own notifications.
- If you were a buyer: the words of any reviews you wrote; your name, phone number, district and landmark on your orders; and any cancelled orders in full, with their messages.
What stays, and why
- If you were a buyer: a delivered order stays with the seller as the record of a sale that really happened — what was bought, for how much, when, that it was delivered, and to which governorate — without your name, your number or your district. That is the seller's record of goods they handed over and were paid for, not a record about you.
- Messages on any order that survives, and any note you wrote on a made-to-order piece, keep their text as written, without the name of whoever wrote it. If you typed something about yourself — a number, an address, a time to meet — it stays typed.
- The star in any rating you left stays, without your words and without your name.
- If you were a seller: orders stay with the buyer as their receipt, carrying your shop name and the item names as they were at purchase. That is the other person's record of a sale that really happened, not a record about you.
- Notices that already reached other people stay in their list, without your name.
- If you were a moderator reviewing reports, your decisions stay with those records, without your name.
- If you asked by email: your request and our exchange with you stay for six months, as the record that it was you who asked, and are then deleted. Our database keeps only the account's internal id and a sentence saying how we confirmed it — not your address, not your number.
- A copy remains in backups for up to 30 days, and is then deleted in turn.
- Crash reports already sent to Google stay until Google deletes them, after 90 days. They are not tagged with your account, so we cannot pick them out to delete; deleting your account does delete the notification address that could connect them to you, and after that nothing we hold connects them to you.
When we refuse
Deletion is refused while an order is still in flight — yours or one placed with you — until it is delivered or cancelled. That protects the other party, who is waiting for goods or for money.
